I am new to this site and wanted to say hi. I have an Ashford rigid heddle loom and have just started learning to weave. I love it so far although I have only made a few scarves. I think I am getting to grips with tension but having problems when winding on as the cloth seems to be slightly higher on one side. I am so glad that I have found this website because it will be great to speak to other weavers on here.

I hope I am posting this in the right place!

Welcome :) I recommend reviewing the Tour For New Users page, and then subscribing to a few groups and forums. There is pretty deep data here to search through, much of it going back years.

The Rigid Heddlers group might be a handy one to look through.

Sarahnopp's comments. There is a wealth of information on this site and it can get a bit overwhelming at times. The rigid heddle group would be a good place for you to start.
