I tracked the draft info down in Dorothy's blog entry and it turns out that it's by Laura Fry and was published in Weaver's #20, pp 12-13.

My apologies to everyone ! I have only just found these comments !!

Yes the draft is by Laura Fry and is in the Twill Thrills book.

There is a picture of a lavender shawl in a similar draft on my blog  http://dorothystewart.blogspot.com/ 

The pattern shows up better there. I find it quite fiddly loading photos here, mine are often too large !

I love the snowflake twills and I have used the white tencel many times... its a classic beauty!
