Erica, I think it would be easier if the teams that repeat from year to year included the years in their names.  There are two different "active arachnids" and it isn't clear which to choose.  Of the two projects posted so far, one chose the first and one chose the second.

The active Arachnids does have the year in their name the one you want to pick is the Active Arachnids 2014. If a project is already posted and only sats Active Arachnids without the year but was post in Oct 2014 I think we can assume it is an active project in this year's Halloweave. Any other thoughts on this?

Endorph, when I look at Add a project and the drop-down list for the Halloweave teams, I do not see the years.  I do see under events/activities that Halloweave 2014 is designated, and maybe that's sufficient.  I just mentioned it because I thought it would be an easy thing to fix.

MaryMartha is correct, the teams for this year are not showing up in the drop down. But the main Halloweave designator is working, so we can organize it that way at least.

when I posted my project - there are no year designations for the houses, just so I picked one of the Active Archnids and Halloweave 2014.

as long as the project shows the Halloweave and is posted during Oct 2014 we should be okay
