I think a Google Hangout would work best, but I'm open to suggestions.

I'm available 11 a -1 pm GMT Saturday or Sunday, which ever works for more folks.

Figured out BST, British Summer Time ! Yes 7:00 a.m. For me would be great. I sent you a p.m. I will need to be walked through google hangout. I haven't done that before. Although I did take a class through Weavo with Karren Brito , where we used google and Skype . Thanks, Cathie

Could you either let me know via pm or arrange times on an existing thread, please? Both those ways have notifications. I didn't know you had met, and would have loved to be along. But there is no way to set a notification for when someone posts a new thread to a group. This has always been a problem with Weavolution (I was an Alpha tester).  Given that this group was silent for so long and I got tired of seeing only my own messages I hadn't logged in and looked. And didn't know to since... no notifications!  I suspect others may have the same problem. 

Maybe also PM all the members of this group for the next meeting?

I'm happy to do so, but I also posted directions on the thread about our next mert up for setting up notifications on new group posts. I took a lot if time figuring out how to make these happen. I woukd really appreciate your help testing the new system!

I think you should contact the others.. also about testing if you want. Right now only you, me and Cathie are on that thread so I'm not sure the others know there is anything going on.
