I've been contacted by a woman who is trying to sell her mother's loom.  Her mother passed away some time ago and now her father has also passed away - so time to clean out the storage facility.  She sent me this photo and I posted it on FB 4-Shaft Weaving.  Some think it is a countermarche - some say a jack loom and at least one person thinks it is a Bergman.  I'm very curious myself at this point and would like some feedback from those that are owners of a Bergman loom.

I tried putting in the photo, but it was too large. Here is a link to the photo. http://bannermountaintextiles.blogspot.com/p/what-kind-of-loom-is-this.html

It does not look like Bergman looms that I have seen. It does look like it might be a Burnham loom. They were made in Baldwin Park, CA, by Ken Burnham.  The type of jacks he used give the appearance of a countermarch system but it actually functions as a jack loom with only one set of lams. We have several Burnham looms in the Weavers Barn at the Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum in Vista, CA.

The woman who is selling the loom said that it was purchased in Pasadena, CA - so I think you have nailed it.  I really appreciate the information.
