I'm a new user and have been unsuccessful in importing a wif file. I have followed instructions for PC  and android to the letter. Wif 'n Proof tels me the file is successfully imported and it shows up in my database. But when I open either threading or lift plan, the numbers are all printed over my wnp screen down the left side. What am I doing wrong?

Please send me the WIF file you are trying to import.  It could be a problem within the file itself.
