Virag's Jajim

I am creating a warp substitution band based on the jajims of Central Asia.  The idea is to weave lengths then sew together either as a pillow cover or a purse.  I'm having to warp in sections then put on the beams.

Listening to Turku while warping lends an appropiate atmoshere since this piece grows out of my interest in the Silk Road cultures.
