Blue purse

 This was part of the "purse warp."  I put on a long cotton warp and tried out different weave structures with my leftover knitting yarns.  They are slowly turning into purses and bags.

This one was woven in plain weave with a very stretchy sock yarn made of superwash merino.  I periodically added tufts of dyed mohair locks.  

It is lined with fabric from my stash and has one interior pocket.  The closure is a magnetic snap, the handles are wood (sewn on with the weft yarn), and I embellished it with lines of beads.
