Restoring my "Frankenloom"

I am restoring a floor loom that was built with parts from a Crompton & Knolls industrial loom.  It is a counterbalance loom made with a cloth beam, a warping beam and 4 harnesses from an industrial loom.  It also includes a "spool reel" attached to the 4 treadles.  That is why I call it my "Frankenloom"!  I hope it will work when I am done!
