A box loom for bandweaving loosely based on a picture of a Norwegian box loom from google. My wife asked me to make one as a backstrap loom isn't too practical with small children running about. The project then got away from me. I ended up designing a loom that could be built with a bare minimum of woodworking skills and tools (other than someone with a laser cutter).
Made out of 12mm poplar plywood (the thickest material my friendly neighbourhoood lasercutting shop could handle), some dowels, rubber bands and string.
If you make more than one they can be stacked . Also the warp- and cloth beams are removable with the warp on.
