Wednesday afternoon (11/12/14) in support of the Georgia cotton harvest which is underway in South Georgia Cheryl and I were video taped by the Georgia Farm Bureau’s Farm Monitor team. Cheryl talked about weaving with cotton and her work demonstrating and teaching new weavers, and me about my selling of cotton yarns. The show will air on November 29 locally and nationally sometimes. Of course they will cut out all of my pictures because they will not want to scare the viewers with my picture, but then again there is “Duck Dynasty” need I say anything more.

“In its 48th year, the Georgia Farm Monitor is the only national and state weekly news and information television program dedicated to Georgia’s largest industry - agriculture. In that time we’ve produced more than 2,500 weekly episodes… without a repeat!”

Well done Michael.  Anything that helps raise the profile of weavers and introduce new people to weaving is a GOOD thing...and who better to represent than you two!
