Maroon gold rayon Shawl

This is one of my favorite things to wind the warp, thread and weave.  I love the Dragon Tale rayon yarn and the finished product, this shawl is always very elegant looking.  I have sold several of these and they are basically plain weave with a Monks belt treadling.  Tom Knisely at The Mannings teaches a class in making this type of shawl.  In the class I used wool and rayon for the supplemental warp yarn.  I have changed the yarns, sett, finishing, etc. but Tom deserves the credit for the original design.
