Something old something new

I actually don't have a clue about this loom.  It has been given to me and I am in the process of repairing and restoring it for my own use.  A friend who is a weaver is coming by to take a look at the loom and tell me what I need to purchase for repairs.  I'm open to any advice.  Once it is repaired I will begin weaving using my own wool from Clun Forest and Cotswold sheep.
