Houndstooth Scarf

This was part of a Double Heddle Class that I took to learn how to weave on my Ashford Knitters loom with the new double heddle kit. I used a dark and a light yarn for contrast and followed the instructors threading advice putting one dark thread through the back heddle hole and then another through the front heddle hole, everything else in the slots, to create the houndstooth.

I used Crystal Palace Sausalito Yarn for both the Warp and the Weft. The yarn is 80/20 Merino Wool/Nylon. I used colors French Roast 8307 for the Dark yarn and Desert Dawn 8117 for the light yarn.
