In the photo, you can see the different treadlings for S&W. Starting at the top, you have Taquete, then Dukagang, and finally, "Double Bricks" or "Birds Eye."
I am re-purposing the guild sampler warp from the fall rug study for S&W, Double Corduroy, and twining, back to S&W (with a new threading, my own design) to weave off dual mug rugs, both at the same time. It doesn't necessarily save time, and you need 4 shuttles, but the guild exchange is Tuesday, so hope this maximizes a short warp!

I set up the left side of the loom differently than the right, just to make it more interesting while weaving. If you compare the right mat to the left, you can notice the subtle treadling differences.
P.S. No I didn't make the exchange, but finished 3 sets of 6 coasters with this warp.
