I had a yarn that we tried to knit and crochet. It just pooled. Looked like camouflage. I wove a wrap using the yarn for the warp and weft in plain weave and it created a moving pattern that flowed back and forth across the piece. I used two skeins for the warp, however, and did not realize I should have continued the dye pattern from one to the next. There was an obvious, at least to me, break in the center. But the wrap turned out to be beautiful.

Just an idea.

Dissatisified with the pooling of this brand of handpainted yarn, someone suggested weaving with it.
