The process of working through either certificate program is not just about the end certificate, but mostly about learning more about weaving. I know I have very much enjoyed studying the UK Certificate of Achievement Syllabus. I have learned a lot about weaving. I feel I have gone from no longer a beginner to firmly an advanced weaver.

I have been thinking about how to concisely express this learning to go along with my portfolio. I thought other might find it useful to discuss what we have learned.

To start I have learned I enjoy many more weave structures than I thought I would!

I avoided weft faced weaving, but now I really love it. I find the ability to create distinctly different clothes on the same warp without even changing the threading a real boon! I'll come back later to add more, but this is a start.
