I have been looking for a workhorse rug loom and stumbled upon a Mira.  Can anyone offer me feedback about making rugs on this loom?  I tend to be a Macomber girl and thought my Macombers (I have seven of them ranging from 22" to 56") would be delightful to weave rugs on, but I haven't been happy with them for that purpose.  I am looking for something with a very rigid frame that holds tension really well.  Thanks.

You can't go wrong.  I had one for many...many years and the frame is very stable and rigid for heavy duty weaving.  I wove fleece rugs on it and it did a great job.  It holds high tension very well.....go for it!!!!
