What do folks know about this loom.

I have run across this loom. The seller claim it is from Reed looms. It seems to be automatic in when you pull the beater bar the harnesses change. Has anyone worked with this kind of loom before? It looks kind of rough, but the seller says the mechanicals work. Any info would be appreciated.
