This morning I received two email notifications from Weavolution saying that a reply had been posted to one of my posts.  But there was no indication about which post had been replied to so I have no idea if someone wants me to answer a question or...

Please be patient with us on this...

This is a big issue for us, Erica has easily spent 15hrs attempting to fix this. But whatever is wrong would take a developer to fix, and developers cost money. We have already dedicated all of our available funding to the next generation of the Site. Our developers are working the Data Conversion, the very last step in the pre-launch process, but with a site as big as ours it takes time to get everything.

These blank emails are not going out at random, they are still notifying you that content that you are subscribed to has been commented on. If you log into the Site and go to the Dashboard, you will see the most recently updated content. Hopefully you will be able to see something there you have posted or commented on.

I know it's frustrating, its extremly inconvenient for everyone. Hopefully, we will be able to give everyone good news soon.

OK - no worries.  Just a wee bit confusing...

Hi

Er, I'm told I can't start a new topic, so I hope here will do with a website question please. I can't search!  Nothing I do yields any results.  I got my techy husband to try searching for rigid heddle, in quotes, and he agreed with me

thank you

I often have better luck with the Search by selecting an option from the filter. The drop down box default says Any. Choose the category, such as Group. The index search results may still depend on how the author titled the topic.

Another option is Advanced Search which appears on the page that shows No Results Found. It has more filters, such as Search any of these words, Search exact phrase. (Web Master, could we have a link under the main Search Box to this feature?)

Meanwhile, may I invite you to the Rigid Heddle group? http://weavolution.com/group/rigid-heddlers

I do apologize for not getting back to you earlier. I have tried searching as well and am not getting any results. I will do my best to trouble shoot, but as we are busy with the development of the new site I can't make any guarantees.

In the mean time I can suggest the following work around. If you type in any website (in a Google search) followed by a colon then your search terms Google will return search results only from that website. So while we are working you can search weavolution by putting this a Google search

weavolution.com: rigid heddle

Thanks for your patience.

I read old posts here about Rag Cutters. Some members recommended the above type. Any suggestion how to maintain sharpness? Can one feed clothing, like pants legs  through it? Thanks for replies. I dont know whether this is right place to post.

I'm getting them again. I have no idea how to find the post it's referring to since it's completely blank.

When I try and enter tags for projects, a consistent error message keeps popping up, even in the middle of typing a word. If I hit "OK" too many times, the whole post disappears, meaning I just lost everything.

Search is key, and if we can't easily enter search words, that cripples the functionality of a site. I appreciate that in the past, Weavo's project entry fields allowed it to recognize terms like "16/2" cotton in tags.
