Does it make a difference in how the warp goes over the back beam? I was not paying attention and looking from the side the warp is going in an "s" direction instead of going straight down and around the back beam. ugggg. Thanks

If your back beam is removable, loosen the tension, remove it, and slide it under the warp correctly.

As long as your tensioner works you'll be fine.  If you have it around the warp beam in the wrong direction, the tension brake probably won't hold.  if that's the case, you may need to unwind the warp and wind it back on in the correct direction.
