When I first read this, I was thinking of covers for spinning wheels (given the nature of this forum) not the wheel covers that spin. Ha ha! I couldn't figure out what anyone would have against a cover for a spinning wheel.  But I hate those spinning hubcabs so if they are banned, it's fine with me.
