Why do the edges sometimes curl when it's off the loom and sometimes not. Same warp. One was fine one was slightly curled. I like the look of soumac to the edge and want to avoid a plain weave border. Help pls!

If you pull it too tight it will curl. The structure itself will curl slightly, too tight kicks if over to full curl. Try steam pressing to flatten but will eventually recurl.
