This is my first (and only) weaving project, started at my first weaving lesson on my birthday in July 2009. Got my loom warped in ~2½ hours, and wove about 6" in the last half-hour of my lesson. It's a folding loom, so at the end of my lesson I folded up my loom in its handy bag and life (both work and personal) intervened, and I haven't touched the project since. I do want to get back to this, so perhaps I'll give myself another lesson for my birthday this year (2010). I wanted to learn to weave so that I could use up my yarn stash, including my handspun, since I'm a very slow knitter.
I don't remember the length of my warp, but I think it's about 6'. I'll count my EPI next time I unfold the loom. I need to take another photo of the weaving-in-progress.
