leaves of grass

the threads are warped/sleyed a little randomly, as far as color & number of threads per dent... using a linen, pearl cotton & a thick satin-bamboo for warp, and a thinner/darker green bamboo as weft... all the threads being SOME kind of "green"...

2 lengths of the woven strip were sewn together for almost entire length (80 in.) but i left about 1 ft un-attached on each end of the scarf, and of that foot i combed a bit of the weaving out (about 6 in.) to make lots of fringe....
