Does anyone know what kind of loom this is?

I'm thinking about purchasing it...but I can't find anything online about it.

The name plate reads Starner S Craft.  It is an older model. 

Any ideas?

Gallinger looms were designed and built by Osma Tod Gallinger and her husband at their shop in PA which is now The Mannings.  These looms have been out of production for at least 20 years but they still use these in some of their classes and know all there is to know about them.
