Haywood Community College in Clyde NC and the beautiful blue ridge mountains is having an open house March 1st 2013! Beautiful new building for their Professional Crafts program. I'm a fiber alumni and can vouch that they needed this building badly and it is gorgeous! The programs of study are Clay, Jewelry, Wood and Fiber. You can either get a certificate or an Associates degree in Professional crafts.
