We are always complaining that we "need to educate the public" - and when our local paper advertised for "artists next door" to register for coverage, I sent them an email.

The lady was really nice, and the work is entirely her own - and it shows that allowing someone to make their own impression is sometimes as nice or nicer than trying to orchestrate everything.
