This was a woven sample that I purchased when traveling to Russ's shop in OR. The original fabric was woven in 5/2 pearl cotton, in pale yellow and purple, and was certainly iridescent. I wanted to try it with a variety of colors and yarns, to see if I could get the same effect as the original swatch.
