Actually I used 5/2 mercerized perle cotton for the warp and cotton sewing thread for the weft.  Thank you for the nice compliment.

The top picture is before ironing.  I love the crimpling of this draft.  After ironing you can see the hills and valleys which give it a nice cushy thickness.
