I was recently at Maryland Sheep and Wool festivel (MSWF) which is one of the largest in the country and met with over 60 Weavo users in our 2 scheduled Meetups. The classes were a focus of the time I spent talking to people and everyone was very interested and hoped to take a class soon. Since most gulds wind down in June and usually do not run classes in the summer, this is a great time to post somehting new.
There is a lot of interest in spinning and in offering a Mentoring or Ask the Teacher class that meets once monthly. I would love to make this a monthly feature and have spoken to a couple of teachers about this.
On Sunday, May 22nd I would like to meet with any teachers who are available from 1-2pm to discuss and set dates for the Mentoring program. Please let me know if you are available and I will send you an invitation from Adobe Connect. I am trying a free trial of that program and want to how it handles a large group.
