24 hour teacher scarf

This has strong vertical stripes (leftover sock yarn again, the lighter yarn is yarn dyed with easter egg dyes and that has made the horizontal stripes in the handspun less prominant. This is the first thing I’ve woven where I’ve been happy with the selvedges, they are still not perfect but they are good enough.

I wove this in a day after the first teacher-gift became an accidental lesson in differential shrinkeage. I wandered off while it was in the washer and the result was a sudden switch from scarf to felted bag.
