PLEASE NOTE
Since 12/2 cotton is an "odd size" yarn, I have decided to discontinue the complete line of the 12/2 Supima yarn.
I am replacing it with my 10/2 GA grown Ring Spun Combed cotton . Late Winter 2017 or Spring of 2018 I will have 28 colors, plus natural and bleached on one pound cones.
I ordered one hundred pounds of each color of the 12/2 three years ago. Except for the dark blue I still have stock of the other colors. We tried this in a limited color range to see how well it would sell, and in fact had an additional seven colors picked out. But unfortunately, the sales have not justified ordering the additional colors or reordering any colors. Tying up thousands of dollars in inventory for three years is not a good investment.
This is one reason why large yarn retailers sell at higher prices in order to offer a large and varied inventory. By keeping my inventory down, I am able to also keep the price of the yarn as low as possible
I will continue to carry the 16/2, 16/4 Supima cotton in only natural
