Glimakra Victoria Table Loom

I have anew to me Glimakra Victoria Table Loom. It is not quite living up to my expectations, but I know with proper maintenance it will! 
one of the issues I’m having is the Texsolv heddles have to be forced around, they don’t just slide. I would appreciate any suggestions on fixing this!
