Does anyone know when Glimakra stopped making this width?

It was in the 90s.  I had a couple looms this width and it is a very nice size.  It is wide enough for rugs, table cloths and blankets.  However the 47 inch is a much more popular size and that is probably why the 53 inch was discontinued.  The 59 inch is also a popular size.  We supply parts for the discontinued sizes.

Yes, there are will parts for a 53" ... just have to ask and see. Much to my surprise, a fly shuttle beater was found in storage in Sweden. YAY
