About me

My partner and I live on a small(160a) east of Colorado Springs with a multitude of animals. For fiber we have alpacas and sheep. We also have goats, chickens, turkeys, cattle, horses, ducks, geese, cats and dogs. I work part time at a local weaving and knitting shop and teach at our local senior center. I guess at 55 I am considered a senior as well(how did that creep up on me). I have studied weaving through local workshops our wonderful guild(Pikes Peak Weavers Guild) has put on. Through a scholarship I was lucky enough to attend the John C. Campbell school to study with Norman Kennedy and Melissa Weaver Dunning as well as meet the resident weaver Pam Howard. If I could I would go every year. I love weaving and fiber arts unfortunately life gets in the way of me sitting at my looms.
