It looks very nice. Did you do the loop before you started weaving? What technique did you use?

i cut the warp, found the
i cut the warp, found the halfway point and made a twisted section. it was hellish trying to thread the cards and im a bit fussy about how it looks close up but it was my first attempt at it. had to tie around each end of the loop section to hold it in place while i wove then remove the ties at the end
