Beautiful!

Love this scarf!  I am pretty new to a floor loom and I am going to try a pattern similar to yours.  Did you use Tencel?  My biggest question is, should I use Floating salvages with 2 strands?

I appreciate any help I can get!

Thanks

Thanks! The yarn is handspun

Thanks! The yarn is handspun singles from a Jacob sheep fleece. I think the yarn was approximately 32wpi. I wouldn't go finer than that, otherwise the shadow weave pattern gets obscured. I did use a floating selvedge, but i'm not sure it's necessary. I took the singles yarn and chain plied to make a 3 ply yarn for the selvedge. that was more of a design choice than a technical requirement, though. Good luck!
