Well done!  They look great.

This looks like a design from Joanne Tallarovic's book, "Rep Weave and Beyond." Maybe it appeared in a magazine as well?

These are lovely.  I've been wanting to try Rippsmatta for a while... maybe I'll have something to show in 2011!  What did you use for a weft?  Also I think you may have reversed your measurements??? FINISHED LENGTH: 16.25 in  FINISHED WIDTH: 28.00 in

ps I get tired of long warps, too!

Great towels.  I love the design and the colors.

It is a Joanne Tallarovic design, it appeared in Handwoven in 2002.

Thanks for pointing the mistake to me :)  I used 8/2 cotton and sewing thread for the weft.

Notes

Pattern asks for sleying the first and last 4 threads all in the same reed slot.  I had to change that after weaving the first towel because I was getting bad edges.  I added a floating selvedge and used a temple for the last 8 towels.   It was a slow weave but the edges are great.  After the first 4 towels, I changed the treadling.  I am happy with these towel, but I learned a valuable lesson:  long warps are not for me.  I get tired of doing the same thing and I want to move on to something else.
