Mary- I agree that the Royal Blue, Navy, Violet and maybe Emerald are not level, most notably the pale ones. 

The first and formost cause of unlevelness is lack of agitation at the critical moment.

Karren, is another reason of unlevelness due to the temp. rising too fast, or does that matter?

Could be; but rising too fast also means that you didn't get as many plunging actions in while the dye was fixing. If they were moving all the time and unlevel then we might blame the rise in temp.
