I recently tied on a warp that had to be moved in the middle of the warping process. There are about 6" of warp that have threads that are our of order. I'm wondering a) how much of a problem this will cause (linen warp by the way) and b) what is the best way to resovle the issue?
Here's a photo of the problem area
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm assuming this is the view
I'm assuming this is the view behind the heddles? Is the yarn one with reasonable elasticity? If so, it should not be a huge problem. Most yarns can tolerate being out of alignment an inch or two.
Cheers,
Laura
It's linen, so no not really
It's linen, so no not really any elasticity, yes it is behind the heddles.
