Does anyone have the 2nd warp beam with the friction brake?  My loom came with one but was missing the control arm that goes from the brake itself up to the front of the loom (and the weaver!)  I could use pics and dimensions...

I haven't heard of this, I only have the one loom.  Sometime if you have a minute, it'd be interesting to see what it looks like.

I did have some luck emailing with someone at Bailey Mfg, which used to make the looms.  Would you like his email address?  He might know what you're talking about or have something in his files that would tell you.
