www.spinningforth.com is the website of Weavo member Ruth MacGregor. She has several very good articles about different spinning techniques. She also has a youtube channel - www.youtube.com/user/ruthmacgregor - which possibly has a couple of videos not on the website.
(hope it is ok to post resources even for a non-member of the group :-)
There are also a number of spinning groups on Ravelry, and depending on location, there is probably at least on spinners group locally. Yarn shop owners frequently know.

Right now I have on hand Mulberry, Eri, Muga & Tuassar (tops) rovings on hand. I sell by the Kilo, gram or oz. I can also get Sari silk fiber, pulled silk fiber and bleached throwster fiber.
