Hi everyone,
I mentioned a few months ago that my guild was organizing a yarn tasting to try out new fibers. Well, the time is finally here! Here's the information. I hope to see some of you there.

On Saturday, March 27 from 10am to 4pm
The New York Guild of Handweavers presents A Yarn Tasting.
There are thirteen looms, each with a different yarn, plus many yummy weft possibilities. Tencel, bamboo, soy, corn, milk, sugar, cashmere, and silk are just a few of the menu offerings. You can try these and more, all in one place and time for very little cost. You will leave with a handout with your woven samples and information on all the yarns and vendors as well as lots of ideas for new projects.
The Yarn Tasting will be held at:
The School of Visual Arts, 214 East 21st. Street (between 2nd & 3rd Avenues), New York, NY, Room 206 A.
Members free, guests $15. Sign up appreciated. (I need to know how many handouts to make.)
