I will begin a thread here to provide you with recommended setts for the yarns I commonly use. I will update this post periodically to link to projects I have posted that use each type of yarn, so you can share in my sampling experience. This will allow you to see the shrinkage I have documented in my sampling. This can save you a lot of time, but I still encourage you to sample and play as you learn!

Organic Cotton shrinkage ratio i experienced for overshot was 1.15
