I'm new to weaving and this site. Where would the correct place be to ask questions as a new weaver or does that depend on the issue? My current question is what the washing instructions would be for alpaca/wool/silk yarn? I am making some scarfs with Juniper Moon Farm Moonshine chunky yarn. It is 40% alpaca, 40% wool and 20% silk the bulkyness is #4 & 5. I would like to know how I treat them straight off the loom and I would also like to be able to give washing instructions to my neice as the scarf is a gift for her. I did not have any luck when I looked at the website for the yarn.
