You have apparently posted your question by creating it as a group, which means no one can reply.  When you say you have contacted the manufacturer, I assume you mean AVL.  AVL is quite supportive of older looms and software and doesn't make a distinction as to whether the loom is new or used.  They provide email support and advice without charge. I suggest your daughter contact AVL, and if she is looking for support from Weavo, to post herself.
