Love this color mix!
This is a pretty piece, with a sacred appeal. It’s a nice linen weight for a runner. I’ve use 10/2, so about the same. Is the warp pale yellow? It really toned down with the warmth of your weft! I’m still amazed at that!
Thanks. It's a gold yellow
Thanks. It's a gold yellow and is a bit darker than the photo shows. But it works nicely. :)
I did an Italian hem stitch (ovals) and twisted fringe.
what should I be looking at?
I can't see any picture of the overshot runner. The picture(thumbnail) I see is for a different project (huck lace throw). (OTOH, ReedGuy writes he could not add a photo, so it doesn't really surprise me.)
So... nice to know that "This is a pretty piece, with a sacred appeal."
I also can't see any yarn spec (only the sett), nor can I see the draft mentioned (nor a link to a draft).
Is that just me? We sort-of-established that, months ago, diff ppl saw/were shown diff things. (Today I have tried 3 diff browsers: firefox, chrome, edge - now posting from firefox)
Hi Kerstin, the photo was
Hi Kerstin, the photo was posted in the description field. But I do see that huck throw thumbnail you mentioned to beside my avatar. No idea how that is linked to it. :)

Can now upload the project
Can now upload the project photos. Trouble is it crops the image and doesn't scale it. A serious hinderance. And does not show link to the draft.
Overshop runner
Just beautiful. Hope you have a chance to write up the draft for the pattern at some point.

This is really lovely and I
This is really lovely and I absolutely love the color combination! Your Italian hemstitching is beautiful. I've not seen this before. Is there a resource for hemstitch varieties?
Thanks so much for sharing this project!

I feel like a blind person in the group. Can't sea any photos, but everyone comments about the look and color of the cloth. I'll take everyone's word for it. ;-)
It was there at one time, but
It was there at one time, but as I said on the other thread photos disappeared. :)
The project is over on Ravelry in the link in comments. ;)
Oh well. At least I can
Oh well. At least I can change my avatar! Been having fun doing that.
