The warp and ground weft is 20/2 unmercerized cotton. The pattern warps for the three darker coverlets is 10/2 perle cotton. For the bright "sunburst" coverlet I used a double strand of 14/2 cotton. That yarn was from a friend of a friend who had been a machine knitter. It made a sweetly soft blankie.

I've been doing some searching for drafts and ideas using the pine tree pattern. These are just wonderful! I love your design and color choices!  I'm a bit of a beginner weaver - but have done some overshot and summer and winter patterns. You've inspired me to try to locate and try this design. I read your blog post and it was helpful. Thank you for sharing information.
