Hallo,

Recently I acquired an older Victoria with only 6 shafts mounted. I have the two extra shafts, and I got the cords and watchmacallits for tying them up. What I don't have is assembly instructions. Are they hidden somewhere on the GlimakraUSA page?

If not, am I right in assuming that the 4 shafts at the back of the loom are tied trough the back hole in the levers and the 4 front shafts through the front holes? And that the cords run over the pulley over the respective shaft? (At the moment, there seems to be some crossing - but that might have happened during transport) Does it matter whether the first shaft in front is tied to the first lever on the right or on the left? Is there anything else to be aware of?

Thanks for your help! Klara

Hi Annita,

I have recently bought a used Victoria with four shafts in Italy, too!

And i think I am lost as you are: what about starting to share materials and suggestions among us? i don't know if Joanne agrees, but we could also create a small Italian group of Glimakra users on this site, too!

By the way, if you or someone else in this conversation has some instructions on how to warp on the Victoria, it might be extremely useful for me: I am a total newbie on the 4 shafts table looms
